Adult Craft: Intro to Paper Quilling

What is paper quilling? It is a form of art that involves the use of strips of paper that are rolled, shaped and glued together to create decorative designs. The paper shape is manipulated to create designs or to decorate other materials – such as greeting cards, pictures, boxes, jewelry, etc. Local instructor Sandy will be on hand to teach all of us the art of paper quilling this month!
