Yoga for Mind & Body

June 12 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Local community member and Certified Yoga Instructor Cyndi Allen will be leading us through a beginner yoga for mind and body class focused on relaxation. We will read a mindfulness passage together and then she will lead us in this restorative activity. Bring your own mat (or a beach towel!) and meet in the East Room of Collegedale City Hall.

Free session is open to adults and teens – no library card membership is required.
